Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading into the forest for gorilla trekking. Trekking can take between 2 to 8 hours, depending on the gorillas’ movement. Navigate through muddy trails and steep slopes to encounter these magnificent apes. Spend an hour observing the gorillas’ behavior, a truly rewarding experience. Return to your lodge for relaxation.
After breakfast, set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy an evening game drive to spot animals such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, and a variety of birds. Check into your lodge for an overnight stay.
Enjoy an early breakfast and proceed to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee trekking. Spend 2 to 3 hours observing the chimps and other wildlife, including monkeys, baboons, and colorful birds.
