Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Kigali at 7:30 am. Upon arrival at Akagera National Park, you will embark on a short game drive to spot various wildlife such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes before checking into your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Ihema, where you’ll encounter hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.
